Crispy Pan Fried Potatoes (4 servings)
Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps:
- Scrub the potatoes clean if you want to eat it with the skin.
- Place potatoes in a pot and cover with water and some salt. Bring to a boil until they are fork-tender.
- Allow potatoes to cool and cut potatoes into cubes.
- Add oil and fry the potatoes.
- Stir the potatoes around then cook without stirring for several minutes (Super important for it to be crispy!)
- After awhile, flip potatoes to the other side.
- Add salt and pepper. Season potatoes till you are satisfied.
- If you like it more crispy, continue frying. If you prefer it soft, just stop any time.
