Finally in canada after spending 30 hours flying and transiting around! omg my place is really ulu so I had to transit twice! the longest flight was 15 hours and i sat till my butt was so pain. ended with stiff neck and aches all over too :O thank goodness the weather is rather awesome! I think I'm really going to get damn fat cos I only see fast food around. can't wait to get my own place so I can start cooking!
The people here are really damn nice! when I arrived at the airport around midnight, a taxi driver came up to us and offered to fetch us to our hotel! we were secretly scared we might get sent to some other places but we reached safely! :D
The duty manager at the hotel was even more awesome! we didn't book a room for that night cos we thought we won't be tired so we want to just chill at the lounge and head out in the morning! save $ as well! actually he told us not to stay there cos it will be very crowded by morning and offered to find us another hotel nearby since they were fully booked! but it was too dark and we were lazy to move. I honestly thought he wanted to chase us away cos we were a nuisance but I was so wrong. we were very hungry by morning and wanted to pay for the hotel breakfast buffet but the duty manager told us to just eat for free! (hid this from his manager) and passed us keys at 7am even though check in time was 3pm onwards. really love the way he handed us the keys. he came to ask for some details, then he went guess what, and slipped the keys on the table! SO KIND!! the rooms were fully occupied means he got them to clear the rooms quickly for us. omg really damn indebted to him. awesome dude! (Y)
